Jerry Seinfeld is one of the “Top 100 Comedians of All-Time”, what is most impressive about Seinfeld was his consistency on doing things. We often find it hard to do things consistently and always procrastinate on them, but Jerry Seinfeld is completely different with other people. He used Seinfeld strategies to beat procrastination. It is an easy method that everyone can adapt this strategy to achieve targets or life goals.

1. Consistency
Having patience is important because you had to do things consistently. If you want a fit body shape, then you shouldn’t stop on your workouts until you get fit.
2. Focus on action
Most of us find it hard to get started due to procrastination but we had to beat it down make it into reality. That’s not the goal here to get things done perfect, it is already good enough if you willing to start and complete it.
3. Start over again if you break it
It is not a big matter if you break it due to any reasons, just start over again on the next day. As long as you don’t give up, you would be getting better and better every day.
4. Set targets
You can put a cross mark on your calendar once you get things done. Other than tracking your progress, you can reward yourself for achieving targets, for example give yourself a small treat after doing workouts continuously for 7 days.
5. Simplify
Pick a thing task that is simple enough that you can get it done easily. If you are a beginner to do gym workouts, doing 30 pushups per day could be too hard for you, thus, you can make it to 10 pushups per day depending on your level of fitness. At the end, you will get the outcome you want.
